The European Commission and Languages Connect invite you to 'Try a new language' on Friday, 22 September.
As part of Culture Night on Friday, 22 September, we will provide free 20-minute taster classes 'in person' at Europe House in Dublin in Chinese, German, ISL (Irish Sign Language), Italian, Japanese, Korean, Maltese, Slovenian, Swedish and Ukrainian. As spaces are limited, book your session(s) here to avoid disappointment.
You are of course encouraged to try more than one language and refreshments will be provided on the night for anybody wanting to take a break between sessions.
Korean, Maltese, Slovenian, Swedish and Ukrainian sessions will take place at 5pm, 5.30pm, 6pm and 6.30pm Chinese, German, ISL (Irish Sign Language), Italian and Japanese sessions will take place at 7pm, 7.30pm, 8pm and 8.30pm. |
And to coincide with the European Day of Languages on Tuesday, 26 September, we will provide virtual taster classes in a further eight languages - French, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Polish, Portuguese, Slovak and Spanish. Book your session(s) here as spaces are limited. The relevant zoom link will be sent to registered participants before lunchtime on the day of the event.
