Description
As Europe embarks on its path to rebuild a greener, more digital and more resilient Europe, this webinar will look at how the EU and its Member States can tackle growing inequalities and what needs to happen, in the wake of the pandemic, to create a more inclusive, diverse and engaged society.
Speakers include:
- Massimiliano Mascherini, Eurofound’s Head of Social Policies
- Ana Carla Pereira, Employment and Social Advisor to European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights, Nicolas Schmit
- Dr. Shana Cohen, Director of TASC – Ireland’s Think Tank for Social Change
The event will be moderated by Maria Jepsen, Deputy Director Eurofound.
The panellists will provide a brief introduction followed by a discussion and Q&A. Participants are invited to submit their questions by email to eventseuropeanmovement [dot] ie (events[at]europeanmovement[dot]ie)
The key points of discussion and the issues raised by participants during the webinar will be uploaded on the Conference on the Future of Europe’s digital platform after the event.
