Thursday 9 September: Stakeholder Dialogue: The European Green Deal and revising the Energy Directives

On Thursday morning 9 September, the European Commission Representation in Ireland will host an online stakeholder dialogue on the proposed revision of the Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Directives, which form part of the European Green Deal legislative package.

Speakers at the event will include:

• Mr. Matthieu BALLU, Policy Officer, Renewables and Energy System Integration Policy, DG ENER, European Commission
• Ms Lelde KIELA-VILUMSONE, Team Leader, Energy Efficiency Policy Development, DG ENER, European Commission.

The event will include a technical briefing with presentations by Mr. BALLU and Ms KIELA-VILUMSONE followed by a discussion/Q&A with participants which will be moderated by the European Commission Representation in Ireland.
