Recruitment for the next Citizens’ Panel on Intergenerational Fairness is underway!

The European Commission has launched a recruitment campaign to randomly select citizens from all 27 EU Member States for a European Citizens’ Panel on Intergenerational Fairness.

The recruitment is being conducted door-to-door and is managed by the Sortition Foundation, the official partner of the European Commission. Ultimately, 150 citizens will be randomly selected from those who express interest, ensuring representation of the EU’s demographic diversity. They will be invited to Brussels, where they will work together to develop concrete recommendations for the European Commission’s Strategy on Intergenerational Fairness. The strategy aims to improve communication between generations, ensure that policies respect both present and future interests, and promote solidarity across age groups.

You could be one of the 150 European citizens!
