Commissioner Mairead McGuinness appears on #IrelandEU50 podcast hosted by the Commission Representation in Ireland, in co-operation with European Movement Ireland

To mark 50 years of Ireland’s membership in the EU, the Commission Representation, in co-operation with European Movement Ireland, held a live podcast discussion with Commissioner Mairead McGuinness, hosted by Brigid Laffan, Emeritus Professor at the European University Institute.

The discussion forms part of European Movement Ireland’s ‘Ireland EU50 podcast series’, which saw representatives from embassies across the European Union as well as guests from across Ireland’s business and public sectors gather at the Central Bank of Ireland to hear Commissioner McGuinness reflect on how EU membership has left a defining mark on the Ireland of today.
