Tender No. COMM/DUB/2023/OP/1056 Communication services for the European Commission Representation in Ireland.

The European Commission Representation in Dublin has published a call for tenders to procure services for the production, placement and distribution of multimedia content for the EC Representation in Ireland. This call is being split into three lots: Lot 1 concerns Audio-visual and multimedia content, Lot 2 concerns Print and online media and Lot 3 Purchase of advertisement services.

Tender No. COMM/DUB/2024/MVP/0014 - Framework contract for the supply of customised promotional and communication items

The European Commission Representation in Dublin wishes to put in place a framework contract for the provision customised promotional and communication items for conferences, exhibitions or other events with an external communication dimension for the Representation in Ireland. The provision of sustainable promotional items is a key priority for the European Commission and the Representation..

Call for tenders for the provision of floor staff for the Europa Experience Multimedia Centre Dublin

The European Parliament has launched a call for tenders to select an agency to provide floor staff for the new Europa Experience. At the time of the publication of this call for tenders, the start of operation is tentatively foreseen for April 2024. The precise schedule will be communicated to the successful tenderer.

The Europa Experience in Dublin will be located at Europe House, Chatham Street, Dublin D02 VP46 and will occupy approximately 570 m2 spread over four floors. It will consist of several themed areas devoted to a general explanation of the EP, its functioning, the history of the EU and how the work of the European institutions and the Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) influences the daily life of European citizens.

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to outsource a number of staff activities to a service provider (Contractor) who will provide the necessary personnel (floor staff) for services such as reception and facilitation or similar services in the Europa Experience. The deadline for submission of tender is 30 October at 17:00 (Brussels time).

Call for Team Europe Direct members

The European Commission Representation in Ireland wishes to step up its information and engagement activities with citizens on the ground on topics relating to the European Union and its policies.

To this end, the Commission Representation is setting up Team EUROPE DIRECT, a network of independent, inspirational communicators, proficient both in EU topics and in communication, including participatory democracy approaches, capable of conveying the activities and the added value of the EU to a broad audience while assessing and gathering their feedback with a view to stimulate public debate on the European Union.
